課程概述 |
(1). Why (and how) bio-macromolecules exist in specific structure?
-- Structure of biomacromolecules and forces stabilizing them
- hydrogen bonding
- electrostatic interaction
- hydrophobic interaction
- protein folding/unfolding
(2). How do protein molecules regulate their activity through binding?
-- Simple chemical equilibrium and kinetics concepts say it all

(3). How do macromolecules move in the cellular environment?
